In 2007, President George W. Bush signed into law the Second Chance Act of 2007 (H.R. 623) which authorizes $362 million dollars to expand assistance for people currently incarcerated, returning to their communities after incarceration, and children with parents in prison. I Believe In You, Inc. (IBIU) through our Ex-Offender Reintegration Program utilizes the resources and experiences of our partnerships with universities, colleges, churches, businesses, government agencies, community organizations, and faith-based institutions, to provide comprehensive prevention/intervention services for Ex-Offenders via a 7-week readjustment training program.
Our Vision: To provide programs and services for Houston's ex-offender population.
